This web site has been created as an informational tool for the results of Polk County Iowa elections. Results contained on this site are "Unofficial" until certified by the County Board of Supervisors. The results shown are vote totals for elections in Polk County only. Polk County makes reasonable efforts to produce and publish the most current election results available. The viewer should understand, however, that Polk County makes no representation or warranties, either expressed or implied, or as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose regarding the accuracy and/or completeness of the information contained herein. Due to the speed at which the information is retrieved, as well as potential errors that can occur during the processing of information, any results are subject to verification. This data will be updated starting a few minutes after the election ends as the results come in. Information will be posted for all precincts EXCEPT the PROVISIONAL Votes which will be counted on the day of the canvass. The web site has been designed for use as a search tool for election results. Download, screen scraping programs or other computer extraction techniques are strictly prohibited. Polk County reserves the right to deny access to the site to any individual or party determined to be misusing the site.
